Day 2 March 16, 2018 Down 4 pounds!

Yep you read right, now how is that possible? Let me guess I peed it out Lol! I am peeing a wholeeeeeeee lot. I am going to look into doing some smoothies without fruit to lower my daily intake of sugar. This is new to me but I’m sure it will be beneficial to me in the long run. I’ll keep ya posted on those!
